More Than Just Construction Building the “Smol Haos” is only half the work. During construction, our partners spend months on the ground establishing community buy-in. We facilitate hygiene education and train local water committees, ensuring the community has the technical and organizational skills to manage the facility from day one.
Ensuring the Dream Endures To keep the water flowing and the facilities secure, we empower local leaders with robust operations and maintenance structures. By collecting real-time data on key WASH indicators and utilizing sensor technology, we can monitor project health remotely and intervene before a minor repair becomes a major failure.
